Perfect little escape!

My partner and I had such a cozy stay! The staff was super friendly, and our room was just beautiful, especially loved the whirlpool! The location is perfect. we walked to nearby restaurants and coffee shops every day. Just a heads up, parking was a bit tight. Definitely check out the bar/lounge area too!

The carpet in my room was uninviting and dusty, which left me feeling unsettled. Additionally, the outdated decor made it hard to relax. everything appeared dark and old-fashioned. I was also frustrated when the alarm went off unexpectedly, making for an awkward start to my morning.

It was a commendable fit for an overnight stop in Stratford with incredible value for money. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which really made our stay feel more welcoming. Be ready for possible delays during busy times, especially at the restaurant.

Exceptional stay, friendly staff, great location.

I loved the vintage charm of the Parlour Inn. The walkable location made exploring Stratford easy and enjoyable. Staff members were friendly and always eager to help, which made a great impression. The complimentary shuttle service was a lifesaver on rainy days, allowing us to get around without hassle. However, the carpets in the room held some unpleasant odors, making the atmosphere less inviting. The significant slope of the floors was a bit unnerving and disrupted the overall feel of the cozy space. While the charm is appealing, it also highlighted areas that need attention, such as updating the carpets. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel would benefit from addressing these maintenance issues.

i loved the location of parlour inn ascend hotel collection. the in-room jacuzzi was a nice touch, and the bed was big and super comfortable. our waitstaff, leslie, was fantastic and made dinner a great experience, especially when she handled my steak issue promptly.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I cherish how the staff once helped me return my sim cards. I highly recommend it for a lovely stay!

a great central base for city strolls and parks

I enjoyed how the charming Knox Presbyterian Church was just a short walk away, and the peaceful Brickman's Botanical Gardens provided a lovely escape within minutes from my stay, making it easy to explore the city on foot while soaking up the sights and history. the only drawback was the need for a better cleaning of the carpets, but that didn’t overshadow the friendly atmosphere.

I enjoyed a cozy stay with great amenities. The location was perfectly set near downtown. The shuttle service was friendly and really helpful. Coffee was offered fresh in the lobby every day. I'd definitely come back for the vintage charm! ☕
